The gift experience is presented in our exclusively designed card, with the specially selected gift experience detailed on the front and room on the back for you to write your own personal message.  If you would prefer for the recipient to choose their own gift experience we have included a monetary value voucher to allow the choice of experience to be left up to them.

To purchase, simply browse our directory and chose the experience, following the online purchasing instructions, we will arrange for the gift voucher to be posted first class at an additional cost of £2.50 (or special delivery can be arranged at an additional cost if requested) supplying it to you within two (2) working days (excluding Public or Bank Holidays) of the Confirmation.  You should take into account that it may take longer and we cannot accept any liability for any delay which may occur in the delivery times.  Each gift experience sold is subject to their specific terms and conditions of let and will require completing when the recipient books the date for their chosen experience.

Gift Voucher(s) have a unique reference code which must be quoted when calling to reserve a gift experience, advanced bookings are required and the voucher must be presented on arrival to redeem the experience.  No photocopies will be accepted.  The voucher may only be redeemed once and is non-transferrable and will not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.  Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will cancel the experience and render the voucher null and void.
